wifi router zyxel WAH7706 battery is empty.What to do-just recharge?It's not easy!!!

We have bought brand new Zyxel model WAH7706 in Minsk,Belarus 4 days ago.

Battery was used 2 h after purchase.TRying to reacharge model during 6 h from attached cable USB-mini USB.No result.Tried to use socket 220V-no result.The battery exhausted totally and don't recharge.

Pls help use this equipment for us and recommend some technicians in Minsk and include special charger for this equipment in order not to spoil Zyxel company reputation on market
