Heelo,

what is the address of the category server?

My USG60 can't communicate wilth the server. It has the services activated and the firmware is updated witch indicates that my USG60 can communicate with portal.myzyxel.com, but CF doesn't work properly beacuse USG60 can't find the server.

What firmware are you current using?

Could you describe more details about “CF doesn't work properly because USG60 can't find the server.” ?

Go to Monitor > Log > View Log to have a check on the log if there is any IP address blocked by the rule.
