Is there a way to backup settings on the USG20

Using a USG20 which has a bunch of failed and unused settings or settings I'm not completely sure about since I walked into this client after the last failed attempt of sysadmin.
I thought I could back them up to the USB drive but I see no real way to do that.
Has anyone else figured out how to back stuff up on the USG20?
