USG310 - FW update to 4.35(AAPJ.3) screwed up help

After updating to 4.35(AAPJ.3) the help is no more loaded correctly. The help window pops up, the left content menu is displayed but help pages are not loaded.

Had to revert back to 4.31 (still in standby, luckily) thru CLI.

Moral of the story: do not update if you don't have a real reason for doing that

    I’ve tested on the device and try to upgrade firmware from V4.31 to the latest one ,the help page is working fine,

    Can you have a screenshot about the symptoms and share your step how do you upgrade firmware?

    Sorry, did not capture a screenshot.

    I've upgraded de FW from the "Firmware Management" tab, by pressing the cloud icon with a red N. After reboot the help had those problems, even after browser close/reopen.

    Hi @Rafff

    Can you clean the browser cache and try to login with incognito windows and have a check on it?

    Or try to use other browser to access.

    If the symptom still occurred, please follow the release note Topic Appendix 3 :firmware recovery to recover the firmware.

    Please backup the configuration before doing firmware recovery.
