Failed Login Attempt to SSLVPN (reach the max number of user)
Hello everybody. My SSL users often get the error:
Failed Login Attempt to SSLVPN from http/https (reach the max number of user)
I tried the procedure for unlocking the IP address via SSH (unlock lockout-users 93.146.116.220) but not working. The response is:
regardless of these bad password locks, I should just inhibit the function because I'm spending the days unlocking users and / or creating new ones to allow them access.
To date, each of my users has 3 logins to try to save themselves when one is blocked
How do you get rid of this security?

Hi @andry79fi
Welcome to Zyxel community
What device and firmware are you current using?
Can you share the screenshot of the login user pages for us?
Go to Monitor > System Status > Login Users > Login Users to check the current user list

Hi @andry79fi
ZyWALL USG 200 support 2 SSL VPN user to login at the same time.
You may consider the model USG40 which supports up to 15 users (default = 5)
Here is the reference of the USG40 specification.
