How to realize split tunnel after VPN client establish VPN tunnel?

After client established VPN tunnel(SSL/ L2TP/ IKEv1/ IKEv2 VPN tunnel), then all of traffic will pass through to VPN gateway.
In this scenario will be unable to access Intranet of VLAN101 and VLAN102.
VLAN client can use CLI command to add routing on PC, then traffic will split from VPN interface.
e.g. route add 192.168.101.0 mask 255.255.255.0 192.168.1.1 metric 1.
