Seamless WAN failover on SD-WAN
Does the ZYXEL SD-WAN solution support seamless WAN failover defined as when WAN1 is down then WAN2 takes over dropping only a few packets, recovering back to WAN1 again when the link is back up? Here is an example: https://youtu.be/zoLbsvNHSKo

SD-WAN solution can fulfill certain requirement. Actually, when you have multiple WAN connections, the device will make the transmit decision not only base on link up/down, but also packet latency, jitter...etc.
Here it is the example about how the SD-WAN solution achieve certain purpose for your reference. If you're interested in SD-WAN solution, you can also find some more SD-WAN related information on this YouTube channel as well.
