limitation SSL VPN on USG20

We have a USG20 with 15 licences VPN and we have a limitation to 7 simultaneous connections SSL and I don't find the problem.

Is any of the simultaneous connection using a separate VPN login credentials? Or do the connections using the same User/PW combination?

Check Configuration | Object | User/Group | Tab Setting: Here you could find the section User Logon Settings. Maybe there are some limitations for simultaneous logons for an access account.

Yes We have 15 users with 15 separates Login but it is possible, we are 35 in our lab, that sometime we have 2 users with the same login.

Is it the problem?
