Existing scenario:
how can I access via http to a lan client as show in the figure behind the server with 2 NICs and behind -USG40
HTTP ------->USG40>NIC_SERVER WAN > NIC_SERVER LAN >CLIENT_LAN

Regarding to your case,(One wan IP mapping to two lan server)
you need to configure the NAT rule with different port number, and then go to security policy to create the policy rule, source: any , destination: Lan servers' IP, Service: Http, allow.
