Clock error...

On a ATP200 on the West Coast, the clock keeps being off. When I force a screen repaint, it is then correct.
Here are 2 dumps.
The host clock in the upper right is in EDT, the remote 200 is in PDT.

Note the clock *is* advancing as I watch; I see the seconds go by.
THEN
After a refresh, note the 200 has jumped up an hour+ to the correct time.
