Hello,

the zip-files scanned by the atp can´t be opened. I think the atp kills the *.zip file while scanning.

I checked it again. It only happens when the zip file, scanned by email security, has a passwort. Email Security destroys the zip-file, so it can be opended in Outlook.

Is anti-malware also enabled on ATP?

Yes, could this be the problem?

    Hi @Michael_I,

ATP cannot decompress password protected files.

When "Destroy compressed files that could not be decompressed" is selected, ATP deletes compressed files that use password encryption.

You will find the warning message in the log.

Hence, disable "Destroy compressed files that could not be decompressed" and try it again.
