SMTP Blocked by Zyxel Firewall

Hello out there,
I've been trying to figure out how to setup the complicated Zyxel USG FLEX 200 that my customer wanted.
The issue is that their HP printer are not allowed to scan to email though the zyxel USG.
How do you allow this? SMTP server is correct and works outside the Zyxel USG.
