[Nebula] Nebula APP Registration Issues With GS1920-48v2 & GS1920-8HPv2

Dear Nebula users: 

 

We have identified that certain GS1920-48v2 & GS1920-8HPv2 devices may experience a registration problem using Nebula APP due to the QR code error. This issue only affects devices within a limited serial number range. 

The affected scope:

GS1920-48V2: Several devices with serial numbers from S182L30002343 to S182L40002084.

GS1920-8HPV2: Several devices with serial numbers from S182L35004962 to S182L42001407.

If you believe you have experienced this issue trying to register your device through Nebula APP, please manual input MAC address and serial number to register the device instead.
