WAN Down after various access blocks
Hi all
We have behavior at a customer site, that occuring frequently and disturb business.
Several times per day, we can see access blocks based on rules, coming from various IP's. Within few seconds significant numbers of access trials.
Then everytime the WAN connection drops.
And then comes back again.
Seen this before? Is it just a setting to protect? According our ISP, the Zywal needs to be configured to change this behavior or exchange the firewall.
Thanks.

From what I can tell you have a Enable Connectivity Check on and when it fails WAN1 is dropped you could change where this is pinging to or disable it and see if wan1 drops out.
You could try a new cable for WAN1 or could be a bad port that drops the link.0
