Hello,
i'm trying to set a PoE time range, but seem not be able to enter any time info (see below). The text field is unresponsive. Tried with Firefox and Google Chrome / Chromium.
Firmware is XGS1930-52HP_4.50(ABHV.7)C0
Thanks

    Hi @sanchop,

    Welcome to Zyxel Community!
    To achieve your goal, you will need to create a PoE time range profile first, steps as follows:

    1. Go to Advanced Application > Time Range, firstly, type in the name of the profile, and then choose which type you would prefer to use "Absolute" or "Periodic", after configuring remember to click the "Add" button.
    Note: You may click the "Help" button in the upper right corner for detail information.

    2. After clicking the "Add" button, the profile will be listed in the bottom table.

    3. Go to Basic Setting >PoE Setup > PoE Time Range Setup to apply the profile to a switch port.
    Input which port you would like to apply the profile, click on the profile name, and then click "Apply" button.

    4. On the mid center are the port list and time range profiles table where you can check if the profile is successfully applied.

    5. Remember to click on "Save" button in the upper right corner  to save all the settings.

    Tips for verification:
    1. You may go to Basic Setting >PoE Setup >PoE Status;
    If the time hasn't arrived yet for PoE, you will see that the time-range state is "Out".

    When the time comes, time-range state should be "In (profile name)".

    Hope it helps.

  • Thanks Jonas for your elaborate answer. I didn't dig deep enough into the menues, obviously. Your explanation could go directly into the reference manual, that lacks PoE completly, as far as i have seen.
