Zyxel NWA210AX slow wifi

We have 3 Zyxel NWA210AX Accespoints, but at 2.5 and 5Ghz we only get 1/3 the speed, Tested with various clients but always results 1/3 of the WAN speed, with cable all clients good speed. Why could this be?

Usually, the speed will be 1/2 of the link rate when there's no too much interference, so would you help to clarify below questions of the test?
1. What's the topology?
2. What's the LAN speed? 
3. When you connect to the wireless to test, is there any other client use the same wireless network at the same time?
4. What's the wireless client model and the connected Tx/Rx rate?
5. Which test tool you used for the test?
6. Would you provide the logs of the NWA210AX when you did the test?
