    Hi, 

    Please try 'Port Forwarding' (Network > NAT > Port Forwarding). Supposed that the camera is connected to the LTE3301's LAN, you can open the external and internal ports on this page, and once the traffic going to the LTE3301 has its destination port to the same port you configured, it would be forwarded to your camera.
