[090108]Incompatible with NAS540 UPnP? (Solved)

I am unable to connect to my NAS540 with either the ZyXEL drive app or directly via my DDNS.

I have logged into mycloud.zyxel.com, selected my NAS540, and clicked UPnP setup.  It took me to the synchronizing UPnP screen and got stuck with the spinning icon.  It never completed. I am unable to access my NAS remotely.

UPDATE:  Reboot of NAS allowed it to work
