How can i turn off the wireless from the APP?

We will enhance this feature at the end of September.

*Turn on/off the wireless radio.

When the wireless radio was turned off, you can turn on it via Multy X app by remote access if your mobile device is able to access Internet.

So does that mean it requires you register and link your Multy with myzxelcloud?  Will it be smart enough to prevent you from turning off the radio if you haven't linked?

No, it is not mandatory whether you have registered the account of myZyxelCloud or not, you still can remote access Multy X. However, it is recommended to register an account on myZyxelCloud for better supports and services. 

With a registered account, the configurations are saved in both your mobile device and myZyxelCloud. You can manage Multy X units from any of your mobile devices with the same account.

Without an account, the configurations are only saved in one specific mobile device which is used to set up Multy X. You can only manage Multy X units with one specific mobile device in this case.

Ok, so if an account is not required, how is it possible to remotely configure your Multy via the app?  How is the app finding the Multy public IP and does that mean remote management is always on (which would be a security issue)?

@DrPepper,
During Bluetooth paired process, your mobile device will keep an information which can be recognized by Multy X. Then Multy X can only be managed via your mobile device if you don't register an account and login.
