[092503]Diagnose not clear

everytime I use the diagnose, I got different results, most of the time the connection between internet and Multy-X 1 and 2 are 0. Just the connection between the Multy-X devices show a result.
So far as I understood, the diagnose is for checking the connection from Multy-X device not from client to the internet?!?
So I should get data from internet, expect the line is down.

    What's the LED light of 1st and 2nd Multy X? (White Solid?)
    Can you share the firmware version of your Multy X and screenshot of Diagnose?

    LED is solid white all the time.
    Attached you can see my results.
    Firmware is V1.00(ABKJ.1)B6 
    As I mentioned before, sometimes result is ok. But the most time I got in at least one measurement no data like Internet -> Wohnzimmer (first device) or Internet -> Kinderzimmer (second device)

    Thanks for your reported, we can see the same problem in our environment.
    RD is checking the configuration of OoklaServer to find out the root cause.
