When setting up the Multy devices, there needs to be a clearer indicator that the Internet connection must be plugged into the port with the globe symbol.  The ports are all the same color, and the globe symbol is grey and very small to even notice.  A customer that may be a "do it yourself" kind of person may miss this.  The APP should also be clear that the port MUST be plugged into that specific Port
