Is there anywhere to find a list of popular phones / devices that are compatible with the Multy X app?  I think most people are going to be unaware of what bluetooth version they have, etc.  So if there was a published compatibility list on the web that might help users figure out if they are compatible.  It might also be helpful for tech support fielding phone calls from customers to quickly see if the customer device is compatible.

That's a good idea, but I'm afraid that it is not possible to cover every single phone.
I guess we need to have google in the next Tab to support chat to check data of customer phone.

It is just like NAS right, we can't test every possible model of HDD out there, but we should at least indicate which of the best selling models should be compatible based on specs.  Which iPhone models work?  Which Samsung models work?  Does an S6 work?  S5?  S4?

There are too many Android devices. We cannot list compatible devices.
We can define - Compatibility of Multy X app:

• Android 5.0 or later
• iOS 9 or later

In the training Material I have it is stated from 4.4 and above (see attachment).

My concern isn't the Android version, but the Bluetooth and dual-band radio.  I think a lot of people are not going to know what version of Bluetooth their phone supports.  That's why a list of popular models that are compatible would be helpful.
