which wireless controller with voucher access (captive portal)

I need to buy a wireless centralized manager for a small hotel (about 60 persons).

I looking for a hardware wireless controller that supports voucher code (free voucher and billing voucher)

Any advice?

You can consider the USG110 or USG210, which can managed AP max. up to 32 with license and it is also support billing web portal.
