zyxel vmg8823 port forwarding

Hello
I need help with port forwarding on zyxel vmg8823
Lets say I have a fixed ip 192.168.1.2 pc connected  to the router and I want his 19000 TCP port open.
On my pc firewall 19000 port is already open

I presume on the router I have to choose:
network settings--> Nat --> Port forwarding -->add new rule

then I'm a little bit lost:

active --> enable
service name --> any name i want I presume?
wan interface --> ?
start port
end port  --> ?? a range of port on my pc or on the router ??
translation start -end  --> ?? as above??
server ip address --> my pc? 192.168.1.2 ?
protocol --> TCP
wol ......

ok. resolved by myself
start end port is a range. use the same number for a single port
server ip address is my pc ip
