VMG5313-B10B music on hold configuration

Good morning, I can not understand how to configure the Music on Hold option, if you can insert a music file and where or if this feature is given by the service provider thanks

I found that VMG5313-B10B user guide and it stated that we can record the custom tone first. (page 241)
Afterward this record could be able to select after check the Music on Hold option.
