If you want to block the device which is under UAG2100 to access internet or access UAG2100, please follow the below steps.
1. Add the address on the Address section
2. Binding PC's MAC and IP
3. Prohibit PC to access internet
Or Not allow PC access to UAG, you need to add the policy rule as below.

if the device is connected trough WLAN, is there also a permanent solution, to enable the mac filter in the WLAN Profile and use the following configuration as shown in the screenshot.

Regarding to your request "the wildcard can be entered on MAC Filter list in Wlan"--it's not supported on USG Series so far. I would like to move your request to the ideas section.
