How do you change a wifi password on PLA4201 v2

    I have reset the unit to factory default but none of the wifi passwords work
    its ssid is now ZyXEL

    PLA4201 v2 doesn't have wifi feature, is your device really PLA4201 v2 or PLA4231?
    You might check again on device labal.
