How do you change a wifi password on PLA4201 v2

I have reset the unit to factory default but none of the wifi passwords work
its ssid is now ZyXEL0 -
PLA4201 v2 doesn't have wifi feature, is your device really PLA4201 v2 or PLA4231?
You might check again on device labal.0
