Zyxel USG20W-VPN.

Just brought the above But cannot set it up have the wan modem connected (cache cleared) and the computer login in to the initial setup wizard it will not recognise the wan is up so I cannot move on.
The computer however is on is on the internet via the zyxel. Is there a way past the wizard as I have tried fixed ip and the DHCP niether work?
