Cannot Forward port 80 on WIFI router ( ZYXEL NBG-418N-V2 ) ! - Self answer: it was blocked by ISP

HELP! Just bought ZYXEL NBG-418N-V2 Can I forward port 80 ??
I have tried the menu [NAT->Application - add Port 80] but it doesn't work..
Other port numbers are fine..

    Okay, seem I know the cause. The port 80 is blocked by ISP so nothing can be done on router side.

    Did you try to use other port number? such as 8080...
    Maybe the port 80 already be used with ISP router.
