Where can I find the configuration utility for PLA4231?

All I found was software which gave info on the device but I was unable to do anything with it

The utility is to configure homeplug AV2, but PLA4231 has web management page via 192.168.1.2 and PLA4231 have the page to manage homeplug AV2 in web management.
But since it doesn't have DHCP server, so you have to setup the static IP to your network interface card.
