NSW ZyXEL GS1900-24E how to reach web-interface? 192.168.1.1 is not working.

Hi,

ich habe bei Euch einen NSW ZyXEL GS1900-24E bestellt.

Auftrag per Internet 10837043 vom 16.02.2018.

Leider erreiche ich die Web-Oberfläche des Switch wie beschrieben über die 192.168.1.1 nicht.

Bitte um Abhilfe. Habe im Netz nichts gefunden.

Hi @tommy,

I will explain to you in English since we mainly use English here.
For starters, have you linked any DHCP server to the switch?
The switch in default is set as DHCP to get a dynamic IP if a DHCP server connected, and then the switch's IP will become static IP in 192.168.1.1 when no DHCP server was found.

We suggest you could use our ZON utility to find out what IP the switch got (DHCP or static one), and then you can access the Web-GUI accordingly.
