VMG8924-B10A with Netcologne VDSL2

Hi,
my new VMG8924-B10A fails to connect over VDSL2 with the local provider.
xDSL Training Status remains:   Idle

The DSL modem should very well fulfil the requirements:

• Daten VLAN 10 mit IP-Vergabe via PPPoE (PAP)
• Voice VLAN 20 mit IP-Vergabe via DHCP
• VDSL2 ITU-T G.993.2, Annex-B/-J
• Vectoring ITU-T G.993.5 (> 50 Mbit/s)
• VDSL-Profil 17A
• VDSL-Profil 30A (> 50 Mbit/s)

Please advise.

Thanks for your choose our device. Can you please let me know firmware version and your cpuntry? And I also need your help to monitor color and blink frequency when plug in to DSL port? Please share your results, thanks.
