Zxyxel USG20 VPN router via AT&T 5031NV DSL modem

Freshman MemberUnable to connect to the office USG60 from my home office USG20 connected to my AT&T U-Verse 5031NV modem. I have tried all suggestions at various AT&T forums and no luck. Anyone have similar issues and a job aid/fix please? I set up firewall settings allowing all ports, including adding one for 4500. Help please?
