static route?

Hi guys,

I'm a bit of a network newbie, using a USG60.

I have following question:  I have a server (internal fixed ip-adress) that we will be using for a VPN connection towards a customer based on a fixed IP-adress.

On my USG60 router, the WAN port 1 has received the fixed IP-adress.  My WAN port 2 has a variable IP address at a different ISP.
In the WAN Port I have port balancing on.  The WAN port balancing should be on, just to make sure that both ISP's are 'equally' loaded with traffic.

How can I make sure that my server (ip = 192.168.7.23) always uses my wan port 1 to connect to the internet (and to my customers site).

Can this be done by creating a static route?

Can someone please help me out?

Thanks in advance!

Best regards,

jornvdd

    Hi,
    What's you need is a policy route rule.
    You can configure the rule based on source IP as your server IP address.
    And the next-hop is interface wan1.
