How to make 2 networks talk [ZyWALL USG 20W]

Hello,

I have a ZyWALL USG 20W in the following setup.

The 100 network goes into the WAN and the 200 network is linked on the P2 so it's a LAN.

The 200 network can't ping/use devices on the 100 network but not the other way around.

Question is how to allow the 100 to also use/ping the devices on the 200 network? I'm not quite sure how to use the Firewall, routes or policy routes.
