Zyxel GS1900-8HP Crashes after i change the password.

Hi guys,


I have a Zyxel Gs1900-8HP switch which refuses to save the recent created password. When I log into the switch using the UI I get notified that I am required to change the password, so I do that but when I want to save the PW it crashes and turnes of the UI. After this it is not possible to login to the UI and it blocks the default IP-adres.
I have already tried to reset the switch 8 times, which does not help at all, I still have to deal with the same problem.

How can I fix this problem.

Have you tried reset button on front panel?
As I know, the switch will get a DHCP IP when it's reset as factory default.
You can use ZON utility to check its current IP.
