ES-2024PWR not monitoring PoE usage

I have acquired an ES-2024PWR. I'm just setting it up for use with IP cameras.
I have connected 1 IP camera, using PoE. The camera is working & connecting OK, but when checking the switch status, it is indicating that no PoE power is being used, but the camera is connected & working OK, no other power supply.
Do I need to change any settings etc for the switch to monitor the PoE use correctly?
