here is my home infrastructure:



I think about IGMP snooping it is really necessary to turn ON? On which devices?
I have constantly RAM usage above 70% on GS1900-24E. Is this OK?

1.
If it's confirmed the exact topology you have and the IPTV stream is divided in VLAN2.
I think it's not really necessary to have IGMP snooping in your environment, you can just let the multicast traffic flood in VLAN2 since this is a rather simple topology.
2.
Unless the CPU & RAM usage always keeps very high (almost 100%) and obviously causes the switch hanging. Basically we don't consider RAM 70% an abnormal symptom on the device.
