Hi. I have a Zyxel VMG8823-B50B, which I got from Wind/Infostrada. I am about to change operator going to have TIM Fibre. Will the modem work wih the new operator?

Yes. I've read of people using it on a TIM FTTC.

Sorry for getting back so late, but I had an internet blackout for 4 days! Will it work straight out of the box, or does it need any special configuration. Is there a place where I can get more specific information?  Thank you.

I'm on a Wind FTTC, so I think you'll have to set it up as any non Tim-branded modem, but it should be pretty straightforward.
