USG20-VPN - The problem with the entrance through the web interface

Hello. After adjusting this model after about a week does not allow on the web interface - the authorization data is written incorrect login and password. How can I get into the settings without resetting them to the factory settings?

I am sorry to tell you , but  there is no other way to regain acces to  our firewalls if you have forgotten the password.. Only option left now is to complete reset the device..

This is all due to security reasons,  you have to understand that.
Otherwise somebody else with harm in his mind  could abuse such settings when available

Do you have backup configuration?
As Mark mentioned, if you dont have it, only option is to reset the device....
