    May we know where you get the VMG1925-T20K from?
    If your VMG1925-T20K was from your ISP, it might be a customized firmware version and controlled by the ISP.
    You need to check with your ISP for firmware upgrade.
    If you bought the VMG1925-T20K by yourself, may we know what is the firmware version your VMG1925-T20K is using now?
