ubnt rd device & zyxel 2210-8 sw communication error

hi,
we have installed UBNT wireless RFf device at customer place & also installed in zyxel 2210-8 port L2 switch. we have checked wireless ping both side ( Switch port & wireless device ) are able to reachable but same to connect a wireless device to direct to switch port that time not able to communication ( Not reachable ) both device. please help to resolve the issue.
Wireless Device: UBNT M5 ver: 5.6.9
Switch model: ZyXEL 2210-8 port SW.
