Hi.

I'm using vmg8825-b50b  with firmware: V5.13(ABLZ.1)b8_20190225

I've set up port forwarding but it's not doing anything.
Under NAT I added:
Start port: 80
End port: 80
Translation Start Port: 80
Translation End Port: 80
Server IP Address: My PC's local ip

Tried restarting the router.
Nothing.
When I browse to my external IP I get the router's admin panel..

I think port 80 by default is in use by remote management.
You could try using a different port (eg. external.ip.address:8088) and translate to port 80

Well, I just tried to disable remote management on ports 80 and 443 and now I can't even access the router's admin panel when accessing via the default gateway ip.
I expected it to be disabled only for accessing from an external IP.  :o

I guess I should have changed them to different ports instead of disabling http and https.
I'll try to reactivate them via SSH

If everything else fails, you should be able to restore via factory reset.

A factory reset I assume would require a visit from the ISP to configure everything again.

I ordered a serial to usb cable to activate it that way since SSH seems to be disabled

After a factory reset, configuration (such as voip) is downloaded via tr-069; no need to worry, it is usually the first thing your ISP asks you to do anyway.
