Modem Zyxel VMG1312-B30B wifi lights but no signal

I use wifi modem Zyxel VMG1312-B30B. Internet works perfectly only by LAN connection. Wifi lights green but no signal. I tried to reset modem, I tried instal the newest firmware, but still no wifi signal. Modem diagnostic say wlan passed - connection is OK, but still no signal. Could you please help me ?     @TomasTopek,
    Does it mean you can not see the SSID when trying to connect the wireless network?
    If it doesn't work after you reset the device, my suggestion is to contact the local support.

    Yes you are right I cannot see SSID. Something is wrong with Zyxel VMG1312-B30B and I don't know what ..... Therefore I'm here and I do believe that somebody help me.

    My suggestion is to contact your local support for the help because it looks doesn't like a problem which can be solved from the forum since you have tried to reset the device and upgrade to the latest firmware but failed to make it work.
