Hi, I am facing exactly the same Problem. I do have 2 gs1900-24e switches connected via LAG. Upgrade of the first switch was done a few days ago, without any issues. Upgrade of the second was done yesterday night and since then, I can not log in. I have done backup of running configuration, so I have backup file incl. encrypted password. I would like to know, if there is any way to decrypt password, only to be sure that I am not wrong with the password. I am not able to get connected via console, or reset the switch right now. Any backdoor?BR, Martin0

Hi MartinM
Due to the security concern, there is no backdoor to decrypt password.
However, you can press the reset button on the front panel for more than 7 seconds and then the switch will rollback to factory default.
Thanks
