Can I use FQDN to allow the connection of my Nebula devices?
Due to the IPs of the server is likely to change over time, can I use FQDN to allow the access of my Nebula devices? If yes what is domain name is required?
There are 2 domain name for NCC services,
1. d.nebula.zyxel.com
2. s.nebula.zyxel.com
The first one "d.nebula.zyxel.com " is the connectivity server domain which allows your Nebula devices to be able to connect and online.
The second one "s.nebula.zyxel.com" is the server domain for cloud authentication. If cloud authentication is required in your site, please also allow this domain to be whitelisted.
