GS1900 8HP's keep resetting to default IP address

Hello-
I've got 3 Zyxel switches in my home network and they all keep randomly resetting to the factory default IP address of 192.168.1.1. Then I get network conflicts and degradation of service until I go into each one and change it back to obtain an address via DHCP from my router.
What can be done to stop this from happening?

In your saying "randomly resetting to the factory default IP address of 192.168.1.1"
Do you mean the switches will reboot itself? or you do the reboot for them and then lost DHCP config?
