DHCP Function USG20 VPN started to fail after 1,5 years

HI,
Since 1 week, no device gets a proper DHCP Address - not in the range I defined.
Only fixed IP Addresse work with connected MAC Adresses, which is incomfortables.
Has anyone had that problem - for 1m5 years everything went perfect - till last week
