GS1920-24HP - which version do I have?

I'm trying to work out if I have the v1 or v2, in order to download the correct firmware.

Is there any way to tell by logging into the switch as opposed to physically checking it?

Hi @Al_Essex,

the firmware version string always specifies the exact model for every Zyxel device.

Please compare to which device your firmware string is matching:
ftp://ftp.zyxel.eu/GS1920-24HP/firmware/
ftp://ftp.zyxel.eu/GS1920-24HPv2/firmware/
