Question regarding Switch ES1100-16P

Dear all, I just received a new switch Zyxel ES100-16P but undoryìunately after I powered ON it the two little fan are really too noise. I use it at home I don't have an IT room, so my question is if is it possible to switch off these noise or manage them through the internal switch temperature. As example if the temperature inside the switch case go up, than the fans go fast if not they are switched off.

ES1100 is an unmanaged switch.
Therefore, it is unable to switch off the fan or configure it.
